Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must not show any signs of wear, including visible marks, dirt, sole wear, damage, or excessive creasing. Shoe boxes must also be returned in good condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at maymaxsneaker@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at maymaxsneaker@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Exchange items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
