Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States mainland.
Please note:
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other U.S. territories due to high shipping costs.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Some remote Canadian addresses may require additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel the order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping on orders of C$75 or more
United States Mainland
Flat shipping fee: US$7.95
Free shipping on orders of US$99 or more
Please note that shipping rates may vary for oversized orders or remote delivery areas. If any additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on location:
Canada
Ontario / Quebec: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Rest of Canada: 4–10 business days after dispatch
Remote areas: 7–14 business days or longer
United States Mainland
Most U.S. mainland addresses: 4–10 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely.
Within Canada, orders may be shipped by Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Intelcom, UniUni, or other local carriers, depending on your delivery location.
For U.S. orders, packages may be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or cross-border logistics partners.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests, as each shipment is arranged based on location, package size, and delivery reliability.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For U.S. orders, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on U.S. customs regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in checking with the carrier.
Please note: once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with your local carrier, building concierge, mailbox area, or neighbours first.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
